We invite all therapists to complete the External Service Providers Induction before starting services at the college. This helps us work together to create a safe and supportive environment for our students.
All therapists must provide the following before attending on-site:
- WWC Card
- Professional Registration
- Certificate of Currency (Public liability only)
- Completed Confidential Declaration From
- NCCHC – Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
All documents must be returned by email to: Atwell.Col.Therapists@education.wa.edu.au
Only once we receive the above documentation can we begin to schedule therapy sessions. Please note due to the high volume of requests this can take up to one week for processing to be completed. We thank you for your patience.
